Excellent!!!

Superb service from the minute I called. I spoke to a knowledgeable, professional member of the team, who listened to my concerns and offered valuable advice. The appointment was made for a few days later at a time convenient to my daughter. We had not been to the practice before, but were greeted like we were regulars and made to feel welcome by all the smiling staff. Stephanie saw my daughter and immediately understood her concerns. I have to say, Stephanie is AMAZING!!!!! My daughters teeth are absolutely perfect and we cannot thank her enough!!

Now my daughters smile is as bright and happy as all the staff at Madoc Dental Care. Thank you so much.

Not a regular patient – just a visitor to Llandudno who had a dental emergency! I rang late morning on Friday and was seen by the lovely Stephanie 30mins after calling! Due to no fault of their own I had to return in the afternoon and despite being just before closing time, the staff were extremely accommodating.

This time I was seen by Gordon who did a fantastic job of removing my wisdom tooth, no pain or discomfort, even from the injections! I admitted to the staff I have been very lax with my dental care due to anxiety over the years and yet there was no judgement or embarrassing lectures, just extremely friendly advice and reassurance. If I lived locally and not 150 miles away, this would be my dental practice! Thank you to Gordon, Stephanie, Karen and the rest of the staff!

So far only half way through the course of treatment but already 100% confidence is returning will be nice to smile again. From going through the door on the first day I have always been made welcome, best move I have every made.

I followed Stephanie on from a previous practice, as she has always given me excellent service, done some fabulous work on my teeth. She is the best dentist ever, highly recommended!! and I may also add she is a very nice person.

Thank you to all the friendly staff at Madoc Dental Care. Everyone was very helpful and made the experience positive for my young family. Love the refurb, it’s like being in a spa!
